You agree to provide accurate information about your age, identity, and eligibility when communicating with us or applying for our services.

4. Applications, Matching, and Outcomes

Donor availability and suitability may change. Any potential match remains subject to applicable screening, medical clearance, the decisions of the participants, and any required agreements.
We do not guarantee a particular donation outcome, fertilization, embryo development, pregnancy, live birth, or any future child’s characteristics or health.
Any compensation information published on the website is general information. Actual eligibility, amounts, conditions, and payment arrangements depend on the applicable program and agreements.
5. Information You Submit

Access to a donor profile does not grant ownership of its photographs, documents, or other content.

- Upload malicious software or interfere with website operations.
- Scrape, harvest, or compile personal information or donor profiles.
