1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, and any information you include in your inquiry. Intended parents may also provide information about their donor preferences and service needs.

Donor application information. Donor applications are submitted through a separate platform. As part of our recruitment and matching services, we may receive information submitted through that platform, including contact details, date of birth, photographs, education, physical characteristics, and personal and family health information. The application process may include additional privacy notices and consent requests.

Please do not send medical records, genetic test results, identification documents, or other sensitive information through general website inquiries or ordinary email unless we have provided appropriate submission instructions.

Website usage information. Our website and service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring websites, and the dates and times of visits.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with donors and intended parents.
  • Review donor applications and assess potential suitability for our services.
  • Identify potential matches and facilitate introductions.
  • Coordinate our recruitment and matching services.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website.
  • Protect against fraud, misuse, and security incidents.
  • Maintain business records and meet applicable legal obligations.

Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee acceptance, a match, or participation in a donation cycle.

3. How We Share Information

Intended parents. As part of the matching process, we may share donor profile information with prospective intended parents in accordance with the donor’s permissions and applicable law. Depending on those permissions, a profile may include photographs, personal characteristics, education, and relevant personal and family health history.

The information shared, whether identifying details are included, and the stage at which information is disclosed should be explained in the applicable application notices and consent forms. This Privacy Policy does not replace any separate consent or authorization required by law.

Service providers. We may share information with providers that support our operations, such as website hosting, application platforms, communications, technical support, and analytics, as needed to provide those services.

Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate fraud, respond to lawful requests, or protect someone’s safety.

Business transactions. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of our business, subject to applicable legal requirements.

4. Cookies and Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and identify improvements. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about website activity, browser and device characteristics, and approximate location.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Google also provides a browser opt-out tool at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Where applicable law requires consent for analytics technologies, we obtain that consent before using them.

5. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, taking account of the nature of the information, our relationship with you, applicable recordkeeping obligations, and any legal claims or disputes.

You may contact us to ask about retention or request deletion. Certain information may need to be retained where permitted or required by law.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. However, no website, storage system, or transmission method can guarantee complete security.

7. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask us to stop using or sharing information where applicable.

Depending on your state of residence and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights, including the right to obtain a copy of your information, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will handle requests within the time required by applicable law and explain any applicable limitations.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal. It may affect our ability to continue providing recruitment or matching services.

To make a request, email info@elitedonorsolutions.com.

8. Adults Only

Our services are intended for U.S. residents aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

9. Other Websites and Platforms

Our website may link to third-party websites and application platforms. Their privacy policies describe how those providers handle information for their own purposes. This policy continues to apply to information Elite Donor Solutions receives and handles through those services.
