"As founders of a successful tech company, we are fortunate to have the financial independence and time to dedicate ourselves to giving our child lots of love and time. Our child will have a life full of laughter and happiness, a family that will love and care deeply for each other and the best opportunities possible. We hope to raise a child who is kind, caring, and confident to pursue lofty dreams (and who will have our support to reach them).

We are a family that values having fun together. We look forward to enjoying playdates, doing sports, art, music and theater, and having great birthday parties together. As a family we will take outings to zoos, parks, and beaches as well as vacations to nature resorts and, of course, Disneyland. Family barbecues, game nights, baking cookies and just hanging out will also be high on our priority list.

We enjoy living in Silicon Valley because of the many people who are passionate about making a difference and its diverse communities. We look forward to raising our child in a multicultural environment and traveling abroad to help our child understand different cultures and peoples. We believe in the importance of an outstanding education both inside and outside of school.

We hope to share with our child the joy of giving back to others. We have donated scholarships and funded biotech and environmental science research. We volunteer our time to teach, coach and mentor young children, and also take great joy in a school we founded for children of migrant workers and farmers.
